Mi pasión es ayudar a las personas. Cuando me di cuenta de que Dios tenía un llamado para mi vida, decidí prepararme para responder a ese llamado. Fui a la Universidad en Indianápolis, IN donde me gradué de Martin University Con un bachillerato en Religión y Justicia Criminal. Mas tarde conduje mis estudios post-graduados en Christian Theological Seminary donde me gradué con una Maestría en Divinidad. Durante ese tiempo estuve pastoreando la Iglesia Hermandad Cristiana (Discípulos de Cristo) a la cual tuve el privilegio de servir por espacio de seis años. Fue en el 1999 que recibí una invitación para pastorear la Iglesia Cristiana Sinaí (Discípulos de Cristo) en Brooklyn, NY, una de las Iglesias de mayor prestigio en nuestra denominación. En el año 2007 surgió un cambio en mi vida que me llevo a establecer el ministerio “Alcanzando Las Naciones” (ALN Ministries), una iglesia y ministerio independiente. Al presente nuestra iglesia ha crecido. Hoy en dia nuestra iglesia es madre de otras dos congregaciones: ALN New Jersey y “Esperanza de Vida” ALN Corona, NY. Además, servimos de cobertura a otras tres iglesias, Una en la Republica Dominicana, y dos en New York y hemos establecido un ministerio de auxilio (First Responders) en Carolina del Norte. La necesidad de encontrar nuevas formas de ayudar a hombres y mujeres, pastores, Iglesias, corporaciones y comunidades a alcanzar una forma de vida más productiva me llevo a continuar mi proceso educativo. Es aquí donde encuentro a John Maxwell y la forma de ayudar a la gente a salir Adelante en la vida y alcanzar el potencial completo de sus talentos y habilidades. Ser parte del equipo de John Maxwell (JMT) me ha dado la oportunidad de hacer una contribución significativa al bienestar de pastores, ministros, líderes comunitarios y empresarios de todo tipo. En adición, esta experiencia me ha dado la oportunidad de añadir valor a las vidas de todos aquellos que buscan hacer una diferencia.

My passion is helping people. When I realized that God had a call on my life, I decided to prepare myself to answer that call. I went to the University in Indianapolis, IN where I graduated from Martin University with a BA in Religion and Criminal Justice. Later I drove my post-graduate studies in Christian Theological Seminary where I graduated with a Master of Divinity. During that time I was pastoring the Brotherhood Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) which had the privilege of serving for six years. It was in 1999 I received an invitation to shepherd the Sinai Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Brooklyn, NY, one of the most prestigious churches in our denomination. In 2007 came a change in my life that I take to establish the ministry "Reaching the Nations" (ALN Ministries), church and independent ministry. At present our church has grown. Today our church is the mother of two congregations: ALN New Jersey and "Life Expectancy" ALN Corona, NY. In addition, we serve cover three other churches, one in the Dominican Republic, and two in New York and have established a ministry of relief (First Responders) in North Carolina. The need to find new ways to help men and women, pastors, churches, corporations and communities to achieve a more productive life led me to continue my education process. This is where I meet John Maxwell and how to help people get ahead in life and achieve the full potential of their talents and abilities. Being part of the team of John Maxwell (JMT) has given me the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the welfare of pastors, ministers, community leaders and entrepreneurs of all kinds. In addition, this experience has given me the opportunity to add value to the lives of all those who seek to make a difference.
